I don&#39;t know if blogging is quite the same as <i>getting it down on paper</i> but I believe it may have similarly therapeutic effects. One thing I can&#39;t stand is when people don&#39;t get out of the way of emergency vehicles. You are agressive. Good luck. Go eagles. Suggestion... Broad street run first weekend in may. It's a 10 miler. I did it last year with Katy winther. It's listed as the fastest 10 mile race in north America. It is also a good test to see if you can handle a half. They say if you can do 10 what's another 3.1.
